Cornerstone FarmBeth Stone’s teaching philosophy encourages respect, compassion and understanding of the horse that results in an improved connection between horse and rider .Her patient style and holistic approach help develop confidence in new riders, and her knowledge, experience and commitment to excellence helps advanced riders excel in their riding discipline.
- Experience showing Hunter/Jumpers, Quarter Horses, Arabians, Saddlebreds, as well as working with Thoroughbred race horses
- Has ridden with Sally Swift, Bruce Davidson, Michael Matz and other internationally respected horsemen
- Former Stable Manager of Johnson & Wales Equine facility
- 10 years’ experience as Equine Veterinary Technician
- 46 years as a Horse 4-H Leader
- Past President and Lifetime Member of the Rhode Island Federation of Riding Clubs
President and Lifetime Member of Rhode Island Driving Club,
Past President of Tri State Horsemen’s Association - Member of USEF, NEDA, NEHC, RIHA and RI Farm Bureau
- Actively lobbies for legislation concerning horse people
